“Fire Tea”

Description

“Fire Tea” is an organic herbal tea blend that supports you immune system. The herbs used are known to be packed with antioxidants and vitamins that boost your immune system. They have been known to help tame inflammation and lessen stress.  They have been known to help prevent and ease cold and flu symptoms.

Directions: Take one bag and place in a container (French press is what I use). Then add 32 ozs of hot water. Let steep for 20 plus minutes (The longer it steeps the better, I like it to steep overnight). Strain out loose herb before drinking. Add lemon and honey.

The 2 bags make a total of 64 ounces of tea. One bag makes 32 ounces of tea.
