Yoga Therapy

So, I know you are asking….What is Yoga Therapy?
Let me explain!
My approach to yoga therapy is combining my knowledge of mental health and the philosophy and postures of yoga. This combination leads to enhanced mental health and overall wellness. My approach will be modify to specifically address each individuals need so that they can start their healing process. 
Sessions will include/vary depending on needs: assessment of behavior and needs, breath work, yoga postures/asana, meditation, journaling, affirmations, etc.
